Xpand is a value based network of 110 trainers and consultants from 8 European countries, including specialists from the business world, churches and non profit organisations. Their mission is to help people and organisations to define their vision develop their core competencies and fulfil their mission.

Since 1988 more than 15,000 people from all over Europe have taken part in our training and consulting programmes, in the areas of career choice, leadership culture, communication, team building and leadership development. Many years of practical experience in church and/or business leadership will be there for your support, encouragement and development.

Profile:

Hans Kuijpers (53) was trained as a lawyer and held many senior management positions in the international corporate world, when he left the industry 10 years ago to study theology and become consultant to churches and churchleaders. He has lead the Willow Creek Association in the Netherlands during the past 6 years. In association with xpand (christian consultants) he now also coaches individuals to thrive (and honour Gods creation)
